AIRThe moment we cease to breathe, the physical body begins to decay. Breathing PURE air is therefore the basic root of existence, and as such must have prime consideration in any problem of health. Through the air we breathe we gain vital life force to promote healing. It is surprising we don't give more attention to the QUALITY of the air we breathe.
WATERMost of the planet is covered with water and the human body is 75% water, so it is easy to see how vital pure water is for life. Every living cell requires water, air and nutrients. Water acts as a solvent in the body and the purer it is, free from pollutants and chemicals, the more toxins can be let into it for removal. How pure is your water ?
NUTRITION
Today after a brief detour into science and inorganic medicines, humankind is once again being directed to the proper use of Nature's products to restore to abundant health a dis-ease ridden world. What we eat is directly related to how we think, feel and act.
We ARE what we eat ! One of the secrets to recharge your energy to gradually introduce raw organic fruit and vegetables to your diet. EXERCISE Everyone should take some exercise on a daily basis as part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is a process by which the cells of the body are placed under controlled stress. This stimulates metabolic efficiency as well as to increase vigour, strength and vitality. Research at NASA states that rebounding is THE complete exercise.
SLEEP AND RELAXATION Most of us counteract the benefits of sleep and relaxation, soft mattresses, television, eating before retiring etc. If we are using energy for digestion or processing thoughts, we are not using it to repair and recharge our vital life force. Rest and relaxation CAN be gained by lying immobile without sleeping, we sleep apparently to dream. Foams
Foam is a substance that is created by trapping air or gas in a liquid of or solid. The trapped air or gas forms bubbles within. In the case of liquids, a common example of foam is what is produced as a result of soapy water. It is the bubbles that are produced when soap is added to water. In the case of solids, foam is generally in the form of sponges and mattresses.
Foam is created as the layer in between, producing a bounce and creating insulation.
The soft mattresses consist of foam with larger bubbles, whereas those that are firm or hard have smaller bubbles tightly packed together.
A layer of foam is also used for acoustic purposes to absorb sound and keep it from echoing. Almost every sound recording studio has its walls covered with acoustic foam. Apart from that, all sponges are made from layers of foam to absorb liquid and dry out quickly for re-use. Since foam generally has low density and provides a high level of insulation, it is used for...
What are the different mattress measurements?
While buying a mattress most of us lay stress on the softness, the materials used in manufacturing and color of the mattress. We forget the mattress size. The length and breadth of the mattresses are different for different beds. The mattress size depends on the bed size and for every bed there are various types of mattresses.
Buying a small mattress is a big mistake and if your legs are completely not on the mattress and come out of it then you cannot sleep well. While sleeping in a bed you require enough space for movement and the mattress you choose should be very comfortable to turn and twist at night.
The measurements of some mattress are:
Queen Size Beds
60"wide x 80" long
152 X 203 CM
Twin Size Beds
39" wide x 75" long
99 X 191 CM
Long Twin Size Beds
39" wide x 80" long
99 X 203 CM
California King Size Beds
72" wide x 84" long...

The Three Components of a Healthy Lifestyle(ARA) - In today's fast-paced world, moving at full speed isn't an option, it's a way of life.
Finding the energy to keep up has led many Americans to improve their diets and increase their activity and exercise.
Yet many people are missing the third vital component to a healthy lifestyle -- a good night's sleep. "Committing to improving overall health requires ambition, focus and knowledge," says women's health researcher Joan Shaver, Ph.D., RN, professor and dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
"We should think of a healthy lifestyle as a triangle, with the three points of proper nutrition, exercise and sleep.
If we fail to fulfill any one of these points, we are missing the potential for optimum health."Good nutrition and exerciseThe requirements of eating a balanced diet will vary from individual to individual, but it is vital that all major food groups are included. ...
